Good stay

Whole stay is good. Needs to provide mineral water. Also free coffee or tea inside as to bear with whether. Also try to provide number of towel depends on occupants.

The property is very good. One can truely feel home away from home. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and one can prepare tea and coffee and enjoy. One can also order food and use the utensils. They have maid for cleaning who will visit everyday. The location is also good, it's near to Raja's seat. The coordinator handed over the keys to us. He also explained the details of property, facilities and what we can do. They also offer wine and coffee powder at reasonable prices. Value for money in Coorg.

It was pleasant stay and memorable one. Thanks to Prince and caretaker ensuring enough hospitality

Location is reachable to anywhere and close to Madikeri stand. Hence swiggy is available if ordering food except breakfast which we opted as complementary. Me and husband only were there, and the house was really sufficient loaded with plates, kettle, induction, etc. Wine bottles, filter coffee packets were there, which we can buy and do payment to Prince number. For sightseeing and jeep ride also, Prince arranged for us which was good especially the drivers were polite and good behavior. The caretaker Vijendar helped us even to drop us to KSRTC stand after checkout.

Had to pay entire balance amount soon after you check in which I am seeing for the first time. Everywhere the amount is paid or balance is settled at the time of checkout. No bill receipt, no invoice. We did PhonePe to Prince's number. Advance booking by paying token amount for Jeep as well as car even before reaching Coorg.
