It was a memorable and delightful experience!

The staff was amicable, the location was excellent, and the room service was commendable

The breakfast menu has seen very few changes and could benefit from more variety. Moreover, the beds in the executive rooms are noisy, possibly due to the wooden flooring. Furthermore, theres a recurring issue with Uber services; the drivers consistently arrive at the ICT lobby instead of the Hilton Lobby. This requires additional communication each time to direct them to the correct location.

Short stay before flight home in an excellent hotel

Arrived a little early, but was able to get to the room within 30 minutes and enjoyed a light lunch. |Service was very good and really helpful - room was 100% and excellent room service. Good business situation.

The staff were amazing . We were travelling for the first time with our 9 month old baby and the staff ensured we were comfortable at all times. Amazing spread for breakfast!
