Staff are nice, cleaners are extremely kind and helpful, just wasnt happy with restaurant at all and having small child

Great location, close to my home which made it easier especially when travelling with children etc

The restaurant, there were a lot of mistakes made each time we ate in the restaurant. I also complained to the hotel about it.

The location, pet friendly, very nice staff, nothing was a problem when having breakfast and we were given a complimentary carpark ticket on leaving the Hilton

I had contacted the hotel in advance about booking for a meal for New Years Eve. I was told that l didn't need to book that we would be able to get dinner once we were guests. I was disappointed that we had to sit at a low table for dinner. I was not happy about this because l did not want to have to lean forward to eat my dinner but that's what we had to do. The main part of the restaurant with dinner tables was mainly empty but l was informed it was completely book up. This did ruin our stay especially as l wanted my adult children and myself to have the best New Years Eve ever

Definitely recommend, will stay again!

Hotel room was clean and comfortable! Very nice big room and bathroom also nice and spacious, bed was big and cozy very good sleep, central location close to city centre. Room service menu also full of choice.

More drinking water in room other than that nothing more to add.
