The location is good and the declarations of the hotel are good. The staffs are helpful. Upper level rooms are better

It's near the opera house and the bridge. Also it's near The Rocks museum.

Good

Overall a lovely stay.

Room was comfortable with nice amenities and good storage space. Location was great - very close to nice markets and restaurants, and easy to get to attractions.

Bathroom was very small, but it was clean and tidy.

location, and bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was way too small, and the air conditioning was not working to cool the room even set on the coolest setting. Could not sleep through the night due to heat.

Very pleasant with extremely helpful people.

Delicious and generous as we had it included in our package.

Lifts. I know you cant change this but we werent aware of how many lots of stairs we had to use. Well know for next time.

Great location, beautiful building and kind staff. Amazing breakfast included

Many little details that changed our experience. Fridge was not working and our complimentary milks were expired, the room feels and smells weird because of the old carpet and the window is shut so no wind can come in. Television channels comes and goes. Little cockroaches in bathroom and towels smell funny
