Horrible and will not be back !

the view !

the ice cold pool that was supposed to be heated along with the hot not working that they said has been out of service since Covid ! it was the whole reason we booked there along with them charging parking per night and your not in the city ! will never visit there again!

I wasn't happy to find out that I couldn't park my car there for the time I am gone. I went to that hotel because I have used it in the past and was able to leave my car.now I had to pay an extra 120 to park my car.

It's ok.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast included and the location.

The shuttle service. We waited 1h at the airport with our 7 month old baby. Also the housekeeping knocked on our door and didn't even waited for us to respond they just opened the door. Not cool. The front desk, some were more friendly than others. And the drinks at the bar were limited.

Location to the airport and convenient to downtown Boston. Good breakfast included in the booking cost. Good shuttle service to public transport and the airport
