Guests enjoyed the proximity to mini golf courses, the friendly and helpful staff, and the clean and comfortabl (Read More)e rooms with oceanfront views. The pet-friendly policy was appreciated, although there were some issues with the dog walk area. Guests also liked the free breakfast and the multiple pools and hot tubs available. The location is convenient, although there was some construction during the stay. Some minor suggestions were made for improvements, such as adding towel hangers and foot rests in the rooms.

Dog area hours matched the pool hours. If your dog needs to go out after 10pm, then you have to leave the security of the property. Shower ceiling height is really low. At 52, I could touch the ceiling. Carpet was dirty in the room. Front desk staff took 30 min to go through the check-in process. They were VERY slow and inattentive. No towel bars ANYWHERE to hang towels from bath or beach. King room had small table (not including desk). Room with two Queens did not. A table would have been nice to have with a family.

Superb

The room was furnished nicely and well kept. The bed was not as comfortable as it looked. We did not use the pool since our visit was in the winter months. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. It was prepared properly but there was not enough choices in hot food for breakfast. There was no fresh fruit that you generally see offered with breakfast.
