Nice stay, but way too expensive for what you get

A lot of amenities, multiple pools, nice big room

Poor food options, one of the reasons we wanted to stay here was sauna, but it wasnt working, and even staff members werent aware of that, misleading us when we asked

I loved the cleanliness of the property. I loved the bathroom with the whirlpool.

One elevator work was working in the hotel. Staff did not put a sign on the elevator acknowledging it was broken.

Not worth the money

The amenities and room were nice

Wrongly charged. Our room also was not ready when we arrived. They didn't let us get into a room until after 5. We asked for a later check out and they still came to clean the room at 10am. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

We loved all of the pools, water slides, kids play area. Food on site was very reasonably priced. We will definitely be staying here again

overall I really like this place very clean

I liked they had a kitchen with all the supplies you need to cook with

That it is a timeshare vacation spot so you can only book with them if they have extra rooms

Disappointing

Not a pleasant place to go for a vacation.

There was nothing I would recommend. The staff were friendly when we arrived and assured us they would call us when our room was ready. We explained we were from the UK so they took our email. They did not contact us so we returned after 4 without being contacted which did not seem to please them.

There was no restaurant for food, there was no real shop to get any supplies and staff seemed surprised that we wanted anything. The pool area was under renovation and was not pleasant. The entire property is a little tired and run down.
