Superb

Great list cation for my NYE plans.

Everything was nice except some furniture falling apart in room 730. The curtains are falling, the sink by the fridge is really hard to turn on. I also asked for a bandaid, they said they didnt have one. What kind of business doesnt have a first aid kit on hand?

Loved the location

The location was great. It was a 5-minute walk to the inner harbor. This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms were big. My teens loved the bathroom..lol Not only was the bathroom spacious, but the shower was as well. Breakfast was great, so many choices. I like that you needed to scan your key card in the elevator, then push the floor number. Added safety measure. At check out, the employee was funny and helpful.

Check-in girl wasn't too friendly. Tried asking questions and just got simple, yes no. Complete with a glare or to. There is overnight parking available there for $42 or $46, but we found parking right around the corner on Water St. Using Spothero for $10 from 5:30pm to 5:30pm the next day.

Decent location but overpriced for the services provided

The location is amazing!

The bed was uncomfortable. Also, they charge $42 a day for parking which is worth it because they offer in and out service. However, we had long wait times picking up our car which caused us to miss a reservation. I could understand if they were busy but we would come down after requesting our car 30 minutes prior and the Valet attendants would be standing around chatting and the car was not pulled around. Then it would take another 45 minutes for them to get our car. The day of our missed reservation we requested our car an hour ahead and it was still not ready.

The breakfast,the pool, the room

When we first arrived I called an asked for help with parking and was nvr made aware of the parking situation there. A lady said she send help out nvr did and when I finally figured it out on my own we came in and she was very rude and unpleasant it was uncomfortable as far as the rest the staff for the stay they were great very nice and pleasant. But as for anyone helping in anyway no one offered. My room wasn't bad but I felt the cleaning people could have done better there was hair all through my shower and trash behind the curtains. The breakfast was really good and clean the pool was nice and clean. Just wish the vibe was more comfortable and helpful.
