Great food, awesome kids club, very friendly and helpful staff always trying to do their best in satisfying our needs and bassically any request. Special thanks for outstanding service, attitude and help belongs to our butler Faya, Maria who besides taking great care of our kids with other girls in the kids club, dis nit hesitate to even borrow me her own housing and lenses for my camera which I forgot to bring with me, Rhido and Nash making our lunches and dinners even more enjoyable serving delicious wines and our great excursion guide Nappe from the diving center, all helping us make memories that will last a lifetime. Terrific service all round, everyone really made an effort especially our wonderful Host Wisham. No ask was too great for him and we knew we could rely on him for anything. We travelled to Emerald for our daughter's first birthday and he went the extra mile to organise decorations to make her feel special and a special dinner on the beach. Just absolutely top notch and he took our stay to the next level. Our kids also went into the kids club and I can't speak highly enough of them - all 3 really enjoyed it and the staff made extra effort to settle them in including accommodating a last-minute babysitting service for a couple of hours. Overall the staff and their attentiveness was outstanding, everyone knew our names, what the kids we like around meal times and small touches like arranging my coffees just the way I liked them daily was really great.

The restaurants are of the highest quality and each one offers a different experience. The infrastructure is excellent. The natural beauty of this place is impressive. Impeccable service. Everything was fantastic, from the accommodation, the food and the friendly staff. We stayed in a water villa which was clean, stylish and had the best ocean view. Our daughter was thrilled when she walked in and said, "This is the best I have ever had!". We really felt comfortable in our room thanks to the housekeeper who cleaned our messy room perfectly twice a day. all staff were really friendly and kind. Especially our butler Igga took very good care of us with great attention to detail. We believe our stay was better because of him. The food was really good at all the restaurants but the Teppanyaki restaurant stood out. It was initially fully booked but Igga put us on the waiting list and finally we could get a seat. The taste was great, of course, but it was the performance and talk of the chef Juber that made our dinner time so enjoyable and wonderful. Another favorite of my husband's was the Beach Club Grill Restaurant. The sea breeze from the beach was nice and the food was delicious. We went there for lunch three days in a row. We were supposed to go on a manta ray tour, but the weather was bad and we could not go on the manta ray tour. Instead, we went on a snorkeling tour where we were able to enjoy the amazing coral reefs and countless fish. On a separate snorkeling tour, we saw sea turtles and were able to swim with them. The members of the diving center were very supportive of our 9 years old daughter during the snorkel tour and she and we had a safe and positive experience.
