Amazing, but too short.

The house reef and snorkeling at the house reef was amazing. Would like to point out professionalism and amazing diving center staff as well as restaurant staff and cooks. Food was of high standard with wide choice. NY dinner was too much good food. Will definitely come back.

Shower water pressure was weak. Not sure if that is the issue with all resorts, because of the island locations and lack of fresh water for showers. Also, the water bungalow does not have direct stairs to the sea to be able to swim from the bungalow, because of their location on the reef. As I was diving it did not really matter to me, but for those people who do not dive and want to jump straight to water from the bungalow balcony it is not possible.

It was amazing!

The staff were amazing! Ameer at the reception was great at getting us checked in and took us to our room. Ramiz our houseman was very helpful in making sure our room was clean and that we had everything we needed. Hammu, Sushil and Piyali were great the dining Hall. Chandana, Dilhan, Madawa and others were always serving drinks with a smile, a joke or recommendations about what to do while at the resort. The ladies at the Spa; Inten, Surat and Santi were all lovely, very pleasant.

The only issue I had was that on our first night we were put in a beach bungalow and then on the second day we were to transfer to our Superior room. Upon checking out, and switching key cards at the reception, we waited for our bags for half an hour and no one brought them. I decided to walk back to our old room and bring the bags by myself. The resort should organise booking of rooms / transfer of luggage better.

Very good.

Very clean and comfortable . Staff were helpful and the whole thing was very well organised. The outside bathroom was amazing. Big choice of food.

There only appeared to be waiter service in the bar if you were paying for the drinks and not if you were on all inclusive basis. The sea water around the island was very shallow for swimming unless you went outside the man made wall around the island.

Incredible reef, top value resort for snorkelling/diving, less so for a traditional beach holiday!

Checkin was highly efficient and the cracking open of cans of Lion with pint jugs meant I knew I was in the right place :D I was quickly into my room (beach bungalow) and loved the view over the lagoon with easy access to the water. The rooms are modern and painted white with natural colourings, very sympathetic to the natural landscape. The room felt bright and light during the day (even when it rained!). The reef is outstanding here, the best I've seen in the Maldives, the majority of the reef is packed with healthy coral and a large variety of fish and shark species. Food is pretty good, and the water villa restaurant is lovely. It's a very social island, very easy to meet people and socialise. Great value for money at the price point.

On arrival, it's clear this isn't an island that is pristinely manicured like some of the top end resorts. The sea wall and retainer wall mean it isn't a pretty island and some areas of the grounds could do with more attention. There is one nice area of beach, but this isn't the resort if you want a beautiful, pristine beach holiday, but this is the island for snorkelling and diving! Rooms are pretty close together with numbered sunbeds so not much privacy/seclusion unless you get a Water villa which does have privacy screens. Note: they still do fish feeding here daily, which some may enjoy but for me disrupts the ecosystem!
