OK. Glad we only stayed 2 nights.

Location is good. Food is good and staff were helpful.

Information given on check in was confusing with regard to breakfast and the room.was really only the size for a single.imo.

Boutique Gem

A gem of a hotel in the heart of London. Attention to detail was all there. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a classy turn down in the evening. Warm and inviting with all the Christmas decorations. A boutique version of the Savoy. We will definitely return.

Staff very responsive to all and decor warm and inviting at holiday time .

The rooms are small so took a little time to accommodate to that. Helped when we asked for an oversized desk chair to be replaced with a smaller one to create a better passage

A pricey but enjoyable treat of a hotel stay.

Excellent interactions with the staff who were all very attentive and efficient (Jacques brought up a working kettle to replace a broken one very speedily). Comfy bed and powerful shower. Very tasty breakfast. Finally, and perhaps a silly thing to mention, but there were coat hooks in the room which I find is a real rarity!

The room was a little small for the price but to be expected in central London. Some may not enjoy the lift which is pretty slow and a bit of a bouncy ride!

Feels like home

Everything was amazing during our stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The entire experience was like living a dream. The staffs attention to every detail did not go unnoticedthey truly cared and it made all the difference. I was especially delighted to find Turkish eggs on the breakfast menu; it's a treat I rarely get to enjoy, and it truly added a special touch to the mornings. Moreover, the location of the hotel was outstandingconveniently close to everything we wanted to see and do. This made our exploration of the area effortless and enjoyable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations on every level, and I can't wait to return.
