okay breakfast.

Both property and Booking.com charged my card for 1 night stay. Have shared all the proofs viz: card details, bank statement, transaction proofs. but no one cared to reply... have been using booking.com from quite some years but now i will think twice before making any payment. It is a mental harassment, first you pay double the amount, then keep chasing for the money which is wrongly deducted. i expected more from Booking.com. Two thumbs down.!!!

Somewhat spacious and remote location

Facilities were not good, no support from staff in night, room heaters get auto shutdown, you will be left chilled at night

Rooms were very cold. Cool air gushing in through bottom of door. Room needs floor Carpet. Expected small fire place out side hut at night for at least 1hr.

A nightmarish drive to reach a cottage with a smelly bathroom and dirty linen... but great views!!!!

The property is built admist beautiful hills and in a very serene enviornment. The plan of the property is good. The views are great and the food is ok. The cottages are well located and during rains you stay admist clouds and mist which is great

The bathroom was smelly (probably the pot of cottage 201 is leaking). Also, tiles were dirty and no one probably hard cleans them with chemicals. Also over all cleaning was very local type and no professionalism. The bed sheet and quilt were dirty. The towels were a mess and very very dirty. The approach road is a nightmare to reach (especially for the 1st few times). It is a 4 km kuccha road and is very very risky within thick jungle. Night travel is a strict no as there is nothing around except for an unguarded edge and a valley below. Food quality is just ok. 5-6 people run the whole show there. And though they try their best and are nice people, the property lacks professional supervision and is a like a locally managed hotel.

Perfect Getaway in Kufri Mountains with Family

The best part of our stay was the beautiful view from our room and deck. Step outside and you have 180* mountain views. Rooms are beautiful and very neat and tidy, food quality is also good.

The last 10 minute drive was a off road. But the path is clear and wide enough

A decent place with amazing views and good food, difficult to get to though

The view from the room was great and the food was good.

Cleanliness of the room and the response from the staff. We had called to confirm our arrival time which was late in the night. But when we were closer to the hotel and lost our way no one picked up the call for hours. The approach is difficult so someone should have picked up the call and directed us. We had to take help from staff from another hotel who were more responsive.
