it WAS amazing 20 years ago

Location, 3 exists: to the beach road, to the beach of north pattaya, and to the dophin(Terminal mall)

Room was awful, last renovation was 20 years ago as minimum. We've got room without balcony(3rd floor, odd numbers). Because came at the evening after long trip, havent energy to swap it. I filled myself like package tourist bought the cheapest tour, but I have genius 3 level at booking and payd full price for 2 nights around 350$, so I wait for this money from 5 star hotel different living conditions.

Good start to the New Year

The room was very nice. I never stayed here before but i will look to stay here again. When i came through immigration at the airport, the officer told me this was a nice Hotel, he was correct. Breakfast options are plenty and food is good. I like that they have Breakfast until 11 in the morning.

Comfortable hotel in a good location.

The location of the hotel was perfect. North end of Pattaya meant you could get anywhere with ease. The staff are very friendly. Nice touch is the complimentary water, tea/coffee, and occasional cake and fruit delivery to the room.

Its quite dated with rooms looking slightly tatty in parts. (Carpets, curtains). Sun loungers were ALL reserved as early as 8am with many not being used until 11am and later. I didnt think that was acceptable when other guests were walking around looking for a lounger. I also noted each day a couple had 4 beds between them which they thought was acceptable. Pool staff should have picked this up. As loungers are low in numbers there should be a system in place whereby loungers cannot be reserved for more than 1 hr. Then personal items removed for another guest to use the bed.

Excellent place to stay for families

Direct Access to Beach on one side, and road on the other. Very beautiful inside hotel. Also has indoor waterfall Superb lavish breakfast. Regularly replenished. Breakfast room is also large. 5 swimming pools with splendid views Tuktuk / Transport stop just outside hotel, gives easy access to attractions and restaurants in Pattaya. Very safe, and suitable for families Water sports available from beach just outside hotel Large Shopping Mall near hotel

Swimming pool timings is very short. Most pools close at 7pm, while 1 pool closes at 8pm.

Below our expectations, very dissapointed overall

The food was good, nice lobby

Usually saying Dusit Thani equals with guaranteed satisfaction. It wasnt the case of this Dusit Thani where unfortunately we found out many unpolite employees, we discovered they do favours to certain cli$nts that led to bad situations. The fact there is no private beach combined with the very big hotel occupancy turned out to be a chaos in order to find available places by the pools! The hotel is rusty and furniture is old.
