Quality of room was poor: Water damage on ceiling/ pictures, blinds did not open fully, shower doors hard to open, armoire doors difficult to open, chargers on lamps not working, and light bulb out in bathroom.

Exceptional

I liked everything about the facility. My room was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the restaurant was amazing.

The food was horrible for the cost

Food was undercook as well cold. Asked for a handicap accessible no grabbers to hold onto the tub was high the toilet is low

Good

There was only one person serving breakfast and it took a long time to be served. Not her fault.

Took over an hour to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, despite the reception saying it would arrive in 5 min.

It was average dont think I would pick this hotel again

It was clean staff was friendly

It was very loud and noisy from the people at the bar and after hours around 330 am somebody was drunk in the hallway yelling slamming doors . Didnt get much sleep.
