Little expensive but very Strategic location

Excellent location, very close to every attractions and transports. Lovely preparing bouquet of flowers prepared by the crew. It is a little expensive but given the location, excellent overall.

Superb

Excellent location. Close to everything you need. Apartment was clean and tidy and staff were great.

Great location. Close to the tube, restaurants, grocery stores and some sightseeing spots. Clean and more spacious than a hotel room.

The bed was very uncomfortable - I like firm but this was hard. The cooktop took ages to heat up and didnt get hot enough to fry an egg.

Great amenities, perfect for families!

The location was fabulous, only 15mins walk to Borough Market area and 15mins on the tube to the high streets, Buckingham Palace etc. The apartment amenities were perfect for a travelling family - fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

We found a lot of dark hair in the rug, presumably from a previous guest. It was only obvious to us as our son crawls and kept picking up the hair, or we found it on the bottom of our socks. The bed also wasn't super comfortable, but manageable.

No complain. Only one word. Outstanding.

My first impression was that the place was so near to the Mansion House station. We only needed to walk a couple of steps to arrive there, which was great, because I was exhausted after my long flight and travel. There are restaurants, fast-food chains, and supermarkets around, so we weren't worried about what to eat. The room is bright and cosy; it has a new view down the street and plenty of space for my family to put our stuff and big luggage. The bathroom is big and clean. The fridge is also big, and the kitchen works well. What I like most about our room is that there was a washing machine. Because of an illness I experienced, I could hardly tolerate dirty clothes and had to wash my clothes often when I travelled. Thus, it was so convenient that I could wash my clothes and socks easily during my stay here. It increases my comfort. Although the hotel is near the station and on busy streets, we didn't experience any loud noise and had a good night's sleep. The price we paid is worth our stay, and it fulfils our demands. If the hotel continues to keep it this way, we will go back here for sure when we travel to London again.

This is not a complaint, because we truly enjoyed our stay here one hundred percent! However, the water pitcher in the fridge in our room is cracked, so it would be best if the hotel replaced that soon. Cheers.

Lovely place - in the middle of the city.

The room was spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed. Staff was very nice and helpful. Apartments are not cleaned if you stay for a few days, but you can get towels etc. anytime at the front desk. Location is excellent! Multiple tube stations close by (Mansion House being just a few steps away). Short walk to Borough Market was great for late breakfast/early lunch. We`ll be back!

The stuff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice with many amenities. It wasnt in the center of the things you want to visit most but there are two underground stations nearby and you can walk to the center if you want.

Didnt like the carpets and many things in the room should have been more carefully cleaned.

Home away from home

Everything, perfect location, lovely warm lobby and apartment was really clean, comfortable with everything you need + super quiet in spite of location. Ill definitely stay there again!
