I loved the location and the breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. I loved the fridge and microwave and the bathroom and they had a great mirror. I would stay here again.

We did find a bunch of spilled something on the desk that looked pretty gross. Aside from that everything was very clean but we accidentally put our clothes on the desk on top of the spilled stuff. :(

I liked the location. Close to the waterfront and downtown in Baltimore. Room met all the standards for cleanliness, comfort and facilities.

The system to book and pay the room was really uncomfortable. I was at the hotel lobby and I could not get a booking for two nights at the same price I could get it online either on their own website or other services. I ended up booking a night through their own website and another night through boooking.com. I wished the system and the staff would have been more helpful in this matter. BTW I have been charged for the room I booked through booking.com twice! It is unbelievable!

"We'll be Back!!"

"No rooms with a harbor view" the accommodating receptionist said, but for that you walk exactly one block. In return you get wonderful accommodations at a very reasonable price. We walked that solitary block and stood between two of Baltimore's finest restaurants, with many more close by. No hotel restaurant but a very accommodating/well staffed bistro/bar. We come annually to visit family and this will be our 'come back to' hotel.

Nothing to dislike. btw...convenient parking right next door.

Thumbs up for the Courtyard Marriott.

This was our second stay at your hotel. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were always friendly. We also like the location- close to restaurants and shops. Great neighborhood feeling.

The mattress was not comfortable. It had deep impressions that prevent a restful sleep.

Very nice. All the usual comforts of a Marriott.

The staff was generally nice. Hotel is really nice. Mattresses were comfortable and the room was clean.

A warning about the parking would have been nice. You have to pay a third party and scan a QR code from the garage. Luckily, we did this before going into the hotel but it would have been frustrating to have to return to the garage and do that in 15 minutes. Also, parking should be included for the price of this hotel. Heaven forbid a hotel conglomerate pay the parking fees for its patrons.
