One of the very best hotels we've ever stayed in

Got a free upgrade to a suite with a 4-poster bed. Room was fantastic, a real treat - spacious, comfortable, clean. Staff were excellent. Facilities were great. Bar is lovely. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Only one very minor complaint - TV reception in the room was patchy. Other than that, everything was perfect.
