Good place to stay for holiday without too much crowd and noise

Clean and spacious rooms. Big swimming pool with jet bubble. Very nice staff. Quiet and good for relaxing.

Breakfast is subpar for how much they charged. Expected a better quality and taste

Staff are very nice and friendly. I also like the look of the room and place. It was a price deal.

No Bath rope, cotton buds&pads, toothbrush, beach stuffs(since its near the beach, they should provide towel, beach bag, and sandals)

The room was quite big and the shower was also very nice.

Every part of this hotel was absolutely filthy and hasn't been cleaned properly in a long time. In our room there were stains on the walls, on the mirror, on the shower gel dispenser, over the bed, on the sheets and black mold growing on the wall in the shower. There was a cockroach in our room and the amount of mosquitoes was unbelievable. This hotel clearly does not fumigate for mosquitoes regularly. In the common area outside the room, there were loads of ants, a soiled nappy and just general dirt on the ground. The tables in the breakfast room had food wedged down in between the slats. I saw a rat run out of the breakfast room. The water in the swimming pool was cloudy. On our 1st day we visited the gym and I put some rubbish into the trash can. That rubbish was still there on the day that we left. The location of the hotel is absolutely terrible. Although on Google maps it looks like it is positioned close to the beach, there is no direct access. You have to walk around a very busy and unlit road for 1.3 kilometers to get to the beach. The shuttle runs once an hour which is not enough. You definitely need a car if you're staying at this hotel.
