Will be coming back here when I want a quick getaway from home!

The staff was great. Tried to downgrade my room however made sure that I got the room that I booked after I said that I did not want a downgrade. Room was cleaned very well and looked amazing. So roomy and cozy! We came in and it was at a comfortable temperature too which I loved since it was cold. Kitchen was stocked with necessary items so we could cook breakfast. The lights in the bathroom was amazing too!

The blinds were broken so I couldn't raise or close them. Small TV that was harder for my partially blind partner to see from the distance where the bed was. Bathroom floor flooded rather easily due to the water (which had low pressure the entire time) spilling out of the shower. There was no sliding or opening doors, just a curtain I would expect to see in a tub/bathroom combo.

Everything was great except for the noise

I had a big and spacious room on the second floor with everything I needed including a kitchenette

The ventilation system and traffic outside my second floor room were very noisy so I had to wear earplugs to be able to sleep

Disappointing

the room was clean and check in was fast. location was perfect for what we had planned on the trip.

there was an issue with my reservation through the site i had booked through. the staff at the hotel was very rude about resolving the issue and i was told it was something different from every person i had spoken to.

Never staying there again.

The room was clean.

The staff was not knowledgeable regarding anything especially parking. I had called before my stay to ask about parking facilities and was told it was directly behind the hotel. When I got there a different staff member told me it was behind the hotel and up the street but could not give me directions. After driving in circles for quite awhile finally another staff member gave us an address to the parking deck the hotel uses which is two blocks from the hotel. Many of the outlets and light switches in the room did not work at all making getting ready difficult. The hot water was a joke. You have to let the water run for 10 minutes to let it warm up just to shower. The elevator at one point just was not working at all and at another point once it started working again it smelled so heavily of urine that we had to get off. It was also not as close to the harbor as it seemed to be listed as. We spoke with many other guests there during our stay who had the same issues. Will not be staying there ever again. I could have gotten a nicer hotel closer to the harbor for less money than this place charged me to stay in a room with no working outlets.
