Bed quality horrible, staff not so friendly.

The property is located close to the train station .

Bed was too firm and although most staff were friendly the main receptionist who was there was very unfriendly. I have never been anywhere that the staff hotel does not say hi upon entering the reception area. The breakfast also wasnt great. I also put dont enter my room sign but when we arrived the room was cleaned which ofc is very pleasant but personally I would rather get the choice of having my room cleaned or not.

Great stay in a modern and clean hotel. close the city center.

amazing stay in Camplus hotel for 2 nights. the room was modern, clean and equipped with everything you might need. I loved the location as its 10 min walk from Termini central railway station, so you dont need to take any transport after you arrive from the airport or in case you would like to take a train to another city. also its close to the city center and its a walkable distance. the view from the window was phenomenal, ive never experienced something like this,pure beauty and history. the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. i appreciate their extra support, they really care about your stay. Also you dont have to pay extra fees for late check in or early check out as it tends to be a common practice in Rome. but its not the case for this hotel

nothing. it was a great stay. just bear in mind that youll have to pay an extra city tax when you check in. its a standard practice in Rome and doesnt have to do anything with the hotel

Great Hotel!

Really friendly, helpful staff! we came here to celebrate our anniversary and it didn't disappoint, the room was modern, a good size for the centre of Rome and had a lovely view out of the windows (we were lucky and had a room on the corner with two large windows and one with a balcony) comfortable bed and a great location - close to the train station, and a short walk from good restaurants (although there's a lot to choose from in Rome in my opinion so maybe that part wasn't so difficult!). There's a metro station close too, or if you want to walk there's some sights within a fairly short walk.

Excellent value for money, clean hotel, great location and friendly staff.

Location is excellent - very nearby and walking distance to many locations, whilst also being away from too much noise. Close to Termini station also. Room is clean and staff are extremely friendly. Would definitely reccomend.

Possibly include more water bottles for guests.
