Great Staff - but not recommended hotel

The location was good.

1) The lift is a nightmare; staff and guests using / sharing limited number of lifts. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for the lift - unpractical. 2) checked out on 29th December; as of today (4th January) the $75 has not been returned yet.

The rooms were nice

I was double charged for my stay which left my family and I in a hardship with returning home. I was charged for the rooms upon check in then recharged before check out. The bell hop service there is awful elevators didnt work only had one of those functioning which was a fire hazard i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Now i have to wait almost a week to see if my funds will be returned

It's a nice hotel, but be wary of extra payments and costs

Location and overall quality of the rooms are great. The valet service was quick to get my car after I requested it. I would stay there again as long as I've taken into account all extra costs.

The "extra" things you have to pay for are very deceiving--if you arrive by car, you must pay 45USD per day for parking, and there are really no other options. They should let you know at the time of booking. The elevator was terrible during checkout times, so we had to walk down the stairs. Staff friendliness is OK. They wanted to include a 30USD "champagne and strawberries" for New Years, which I declined after getting very confused on why where they almost demanding me to pay for it, instead of asking in a clear manner if I wanted to include that optional service.

Disappointing

One and done.

The location of the hotel was perfect.

The elevator was slow. Hotel was still under construction. Very noisy. No real parking garage for the vehicles that are valeted.

very comfy staff is on point . They contact me on my phone every day asking me do I need it anything . Even if I asked them need new towels or clean my rooms every thing is on point highly recommended.nice atmosphere second floor is fantastic , cozy , fire place all the furniture seems like combination of old and new design. Next time Ill stay in same hotel .

Great Hotel, fix elevators

Really nice room with a giant bathroom and plenty of space. Very clean all around.

The only complaint I have is that only 1 elevator was working, which made for long wait times to get up and down in the building.

Next to a federal prison . The elevator Takes FOREVER

I really would book again.

The staff, room, and location was perfect.

Only 1 elevator was working, at check in I was not aware of $75 deposit until then. The ice machines on my floor was broke and several other floors. My coffee machine had mold in it. Even though they have a restaurant I feel it should be a complementary breakfast for the amount of money being paid.
