Excellent experience, I would book again

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had everything I needed and the breakfast was the best part

The pillows were too tall and hard and the shower was a bit narrow. It was also hard to find where to leave jackets and coat inside the room

The accommodation, room, comfort and staff were really great.

The property was really well located for what we needed to do in Dublin. The staff were great and very helpful.

The property itself was perfect. Parking was a problem but there is a Carpark around the corner. We opted for street parking outside the hotel because the out of hour slots times suited us. As long as the car was moved or a ticket got by 07:00 youre fine.

I love the hotel, and have stayed in the hotel on a number of occasions over the last year... Great location, normally great rooms..

The room was cold on check in... I waited two hrs no improvement, and I had to call reception 3 times in the space of an 1hr and 45mins, to get someone to check the issue.. The maintenance man fixed the issue but the room never got that warm... and about 7 I had to remove the cover to let the heat out.. Still never got that warm....

Great location, superb staff, big beautiful Irish breakfast!

We had an incredible experience at this establishment. The location was superb, and the staff were exceptional. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast, which was truly exceptional. The Irish breakfast was a delight, and the staff's meticulous attention to detail, demonstrated when preparing a perfectly poached egg and a delightful cappuccino, truly made our experience unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone in search of a remarkable stay.

We loved our stay, we definitely will repeat.

The room was very cosy and nice. We particularly appreciate the daily cleaning services. The soap and shampoo were Rituals which we use at home as well which we found very nice. The hotel was based close to the town centre.

The view from our room was not the best, and there were some noises during the night.

Dublin was beautiful

The property itself is very beautiful and cozy. The interiors and the decorations were very nicely done up.

The hearing in the property didnt work consistently, the front desk used to start and stop it at will. The rooms were not cleaned for the five days we were there. Very bad staff for cleaning, dont know the basics of cleaning. The side tables werent wiped, the utensils not removed, the bedding not changed or put properly. This probably from a hygiene perspective was a big no no for me and my family.

amazing hotel we were up for a hospital appointment..the staff noted we had wheelchair and gave us a wheelchair friendly room .it was gorgeous. food in hotel was incredibly good and breakfast was so good had lots of choices..Will definitely be back
