The staff were very kind and friendly, and the overall facilities and cleanliness were awesome as well as the dinner experience there. We will stay at the hotel again if we want to visit Bath in future.

The only downside would be the location, which is a bit distance from Bath Central. We didn't mind the location as we liked the quiet and cosy atmosphere there but if you want to feel the vibe of Bath Central, it may not be your place.

Everything - service, staff, cleanliness, room size, location, probably the best hotel we have stayed in and incredible value for money, we did not want to leave.

Pleasantly surprised

I loved the atmosphere from the moment I arrived. I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner and everything was explained clearly. I was upgraded to a junior suite. The room was large and very comfortable. The complementary snacks were very welcome.

If I had to be really picky, I noted that you couldnt watch tv from the bed in my room. This didnt make any difference at all to my stay though.
