Comfortable. Staff were friendly. There was a young man working, sooo polite, friendly and helpful. He's a keeper. Will definitely come back. Great location

Superb

We were there for 2 nights and our stay was comfortable and cozy.

The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Our room was very clean and the breakfast provided each morning was lovely.

The house itself seemed a little old. The floorboards would creak every time someone in a different room would walk around.

Very good

A very reasonable place to stay

15 minutes walk from Eyre Square. Room was clean and hygienic. Staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. There was plenty of variety in the breakfast options.

The water in the shower took several minutes to warm up and once it was warm it was actually quite hot. That's nitpicking though.

Great location, comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again.

Check-in was efficient by a lovely young man and woman. Very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, cozy and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean. En-suite was clean for the most part, and shower was easy to use with plenty of hot water.

A lump of hair was left on the tiles of the shower from previous guest. Also, no cooked breakfast was quite ridiculous for the price per night of this stay. A good continental option was provided but I would have preferred a full Irish breakfast for the price of the room.
