Great location.

It was in a great location yet still tucked away enough to remain quiet. The pool was lovely and warm, shallow at one end and deep at the other and had plenty of sun beds to lounge on. The tv in the bedroom had Netflix which was a bonus.

The bathroom could do with an upgrade, the room was a bit dark lacking natural sunlight and I could hear the people above me loud footsteps.

Excellent property for solo female traveller

The staff were incredible and the location was just near enough to walk to everything in Ubud without being in the chaos of the noise and traffic

The bathroom could do with some maintenance and repair but I understand that the renovations are taking place slowly.

Great location, beautiful authentic Balinese place

The stay was enjoyable and the staff were great. The location was perfect for us as we had kids and needed to walk through town. The aircon in our room did not get cold. Thats was a bit of a downfall.

Minimal expectation of a 3-star accommodation. Do not find it surprising of vacancy of rooms.

Location was close to city center. Walk about 10min. Quite surrounding within premises. Staff from the restaurant were friendly and smiled to give a pleasant

Stayed in a Deluxe Garden Double Room and was a disappointment. Place had stains seen on the walls, toilet, vanity area, mini fridge, as well as linens. Mini-fridge, though provided was not cold. There room louvre doors is "locked" with a wooden peg from the inside, with a small gap still present for peeking into the room. Bathroom door also was not aligned right with the door frame and needed quite some force to close shut; but could not be locked. The only universal power in the room was not properly fitted into the wall, and hence not usable. Staff at the front counter did not bother smiling very much to make you feel welcome to a place they were proud of working at. Worst idea to ask for feedback via a slip of feedback form prior to check out and the front counter expected guest to give unpressured feedback.

well maintained hotel in the heart of UBUD but removed from the noise.

The room was nice, well maintained. grounds were well maintained. the staff were all very helpful and attentive. On my birthday, they brought me a nice towel creature and handwritten note. then delivered a piece of cake with the staff singing happy birthday. it was very sweet! the hotel grounds were very quiet

i didnt eat at the restaurant i cant eat chicken nor eggs...

Lovely stay in a beautiful location

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great pool that looks out over a lovely garden. Very beautiful property that is nice to walk around. Delicious breakfast each morning in a nice setting to eat. Central location close to shops and monkey forest. Comfortable and clean bedroom and bathroom.

Location isnt correct in google maps and so when getting motorcycle or taxi they drop off at the wrong spot. Rooms were a bit dark so some different lights would brighten it up a bit.
