The Hotel has lost its luster..
Really Need Another Entry Way due to the steps out front.
I watched older people trying to climb those steps out front and they struggled badly. This is a Liability!
I checked out the side door in the alley and it was disgusting! Needless to say you still have to go up and down steps
The only way to connect to the Hotel directly is to book a room. There is "no" direct number to the Hotel. I may have left some souvenirs in our room, I have been in contact with every number listed. I've Left messages numerous times for a call back and never got one. I was at your Hotel for 7 nights, I think I'm entitled to a phone call. The room was a comfortable size overlooking Thames Street room 343.
Each time I was in need of something, such as a refrigerator (which was freezing everything regardless of the temperature) they would send the cleaning lady to bring up a replacement. We didn't have a microwave in our room, the guy at the desk was surprised! "Really " that's strange. Again the cleaning lady brought that up as well. I noticed that there were 2 Maintenance men in the building, can't Emagine what they do???
I stayed at your Hotel 20 or so years ago and was so impressed. I hear that it's going through renovations next year. That does not help me. On the Bright side the people at the checkout desk were fantastic. Krystal was one of my favorites. I hope to return someday, my family came to Baltimore from Poland and my mother was Born in Fells Point. I lived in Fells Point and now I'm located in Florida
