Stay was good as the ambience good. would visit again, yes in better category or rather the best

Food was very good. Staff is good and cooperative. Location is excellent. Need improvement in room alongwith the facilities. Unfortunately, breakfast was not included which was pathetic in view of the richness demonstrated and accordingly food is very costly.

Rooms are very small in comparison to the price. Breakfast should be included, the management knows that the resident cannot go out for breakfast from the property then why it is not included. Rooms are not upto the mark and in future one if stays with you will have to go in for higher category or for that matter why he would stay when given a better choice. One comes to hills for relishing the whole day and not to a business hotel room for night purposes only. Though In know you cannot improve these now but atleast the visitor must know where he is going to stay.

Room is comfortable with good view and amazing breakfast.

Reception Staff needs to be more welcoming Guest needs to wait long time before checking , They are not sure about the check in time from booking.com.
