Best stay

We had a very good experience and stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were perfect with a beautiful view. More about anything I really liked their service and staff and would highly recommend this place for a perfect and beautiful vacation. Worth every penny.

Best in Satovari but highly priced.

Food was awesome. I liked every meal there i had. Pool is always best for kids, although it was not temperature controlled.

Rooms are slightly highly priced. Delux room no 302 ,which i got was very small. TV was not working.

Amazing stay and experience.

The place was awesome. Its a little far from the city but we needed a place like that so it was perfect. The host also provided us with a bike on rent to go to the city and sightseeing. The staff was exceptional as well and food was great. So it was perfect and highly recommend it if you need a place away from the hustle bustle of the city.

Not a worthy hotel at a beautiful place

Location of the hotel is good and room and room space is fine.

The food served at the hotel is not worth eating. The kitchen of the hotel is very dirty. The staff at the hotel is not adequate. DTH was not recharged for which we had to make requests many times. Most importantly, the doors of the hotel rooms have problem. Our room door was stuck which they had to break to get access into.

we didnt stay as the location and facilities in and around the hotel were not acceptable to us

very small rooms and no balcony which was a bit disappointing to start with, after all view is key in such places. I would not specifically review the hotel or its service and staff as we checked out within an hour, the reason being the hotel is at a considerable distance from main city with no area that seemed safe to take a stroll or eat at ( no shops around at all) and surrounded by woods. was not at all what we expected in terms of location and view and felt other reviews on booking.com were misleading. would have immensely saved us the trouble if it was listed as a hotel in midst of woods and far away from accessible restaurants/ things to do , we had to find another hotel on short notice and the payment for this one was unfortunately not refundable, pls note if you wish to be far away from city ( should have a car in such case) and prefer seclusion this might be suitable

Disappointing

highly disappointed

we had informed the property 5 hours before check in yet the room was not cleaned we had to wait . After check in there were earlier customers used trash still in room that was disgusting after waiting so long,room stingy no value for money at all disappointed . the food was good but price too expensive Over all not so good experience.
