Was ok, could be better

Great location, staff very friendly and extremely helpful, willing to solve problems quickly.

Walls are very thin, I could hear the lift and the neighbours clearly at night.

Very good

Great location and lovely building.

Excellent location. Art deco charm to building with lots of original features in communal areas.

Radiators full blast all night and not controllable. Uncomfortable to sleep. Shower head not fixed properly.

Really impressed, so much so Im going back in January 2024

Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Within a 3 minute walk to Notting Hill Gate underground station.

Breakfast was excellent but the cooked food section could have had more choice for vegetarians

There were not free electric outlets in the room available, as well as there were not usb sockets.

Very good

A different and excellent place to stay if you don't need modern hotel glitz.

Always very good... My 5th floor room with a small balcony was (mostly) the best I have had there. I like the traditional nature of this mildly art deco building with its history of being set up back then to provide a safe place to stay for women working in London.

It seems an odd (mild) complaint for a period of very, very cold weather but the room was a bit too hot! I have missed it but couldn't find any way to turn down the radiator so actually left the windows open all night.
