We enjoyed our stay. You have staff as your assets.

Close to train station, beds and room were clean, breakfast was not variety but ample, staff was very kind and helpful. The lady who checked us in, helped carrying our large luggage upstairs. She was also very kind by packing us plenty of breakfast to take since we had to check out very early in the morning. We were so thankful. And when at the check out, staff at early shift was very polite and helpful.

There was no elevator.

Cosy, welcoming pub. Clean room with comfy beds and a lovely clean shower room. Appreciated the welcome drink while we registered our details. A few minutes walk to several good Portuguese caf restaurants.

Small family room without storage for luggage, but fine for one night. Wi-Fi quality not so great.

The room was clean, warm and quiet. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful space but breakfast rather underwhelming.

Beautiful hotel, our second stay. Great location a short stroll from Nine Elms tube station. Staff mostly polite and helpful. Very clean. Warm, welcoming and cosy.

Room was extremely small this time and definitely did not have soundproofing as we could hear every word being spoken in the next room. Somewhat uncomfortable as if we could hear their conversation they could hear ours! Breakfast a little disappointing. We arrived half way thought the 4 hour breakfast slot and all continental choices were gone and the fruit juice jugs not refilled. The male breakfast waiters seemed somewhat unfriendly. Food definitely not as good as last time (we had dinner and breakfast) possibly due to overuse of a deep fat fryer. Way too greasy! No gluten free bread option at breakfast...I've have settled for fruit but it was all gone! I'd love to stay again but the breakfast needs improvement. For the price I'd have expected all choices to be available throughout the serving time.
