Bathroom tiles were dirty with mold. Bathtub yellow stain. Glass on sink was dirty. Carpet stink. Tv wasn't working. No milk

Disappointing

Location was good. Parking was accessible and easy.

Very disappointing. It was dirty throughout the hotel. Some holes in the wall. Windows were so dirty we had to go outside to check the weather. Shower was a bit dirty. Dusty on surfaces. Charged $100 bond which takes 2 weeks to return - despite this not being documented prior to arrival.

Should more alert on housekeeping

Staff members and the location is was great

The room have a baby cockroach and not only one , and the room is so smelly Im not sure is from toilet this experience was so bad

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Good location

$5 charge for missing teaspoon. I didn't realise I needed to take inventory BEFORE occupation. I am highly offended at being accused of theft when I most certainly did not take anything from the room. On complaining, I was told the charge would be refunded, later to be told it would not!!! It's definitely not an organisation I would ever deal with again, except through my solicitor.
