Very good

Great simple hotel with the basic needs met. Expect nothing luxurious but you will be comfortable.

Basic hotel with comfortably sized rooms and basic room necessities. Has everything you need but nothing more. Very basic gym. Location is very close to MTR station.

No amazing room view but that's fine. Room carpets could have been slightly cleaner. Gym and pool access is in another building, through a back alley but I rarely needed to go anyways.

Conveniently located and comfortable room

The location is very convenient and central near to Metro station. The room is well decorated to maximise use of space and for HK standard, can be said to be spacious.

We didnt use the fitness centre which was located in the annex building as we were only staying one night. However by chance I needed to use the toilet after check out, there was none available on the lobby floor which I found quite unusual for a hotel. So I needed to use the toilet in the fitness center. Then I noted that the center inclusive of toilet facilities are at a run down state, different to the hotel main building.

Very cold, have not been for 4 years. Place has changed in so many ways, very disappointing

Very comfortable bed

Room was extremely cold, hadbrezkto ask for heater. Very small one arrived Breakfast was totally Chinese, and did not vary AT ALL throughout our stay Breakfast was served until 10 am, but by 0945 they were clearing away. We were on holiday did not want to get up early Would have liked 2 pillows each, not just 1

My new favorite hotel in HK !

Great location, nicely renovated , cleaning staff were great. Rooms were comfortable.

Lack of communication from staff prior to my arrival. I booked a double bed but wanted a twin share. There was no reply n I had to argue for it upon check in. Nonetheless the staff obliged so thats fine.

Overall very convenient, but wont be staying any time soon.

Nice team at the front desk and concierge.

The room was nice and comfortable but we were woken up with very loud tourists walking through the hall way and the housekeepers were yapping away in the morning and we could here them from the room. Our room faced the main street of Lockhart Road, the noices from the bars were concerning but they died of during the night which was very much appreciated. And when we tried to go to the restaurant - 7th Son or something, the lady at the lobby told us that there is no sitting because we didnt book in advance. She didnt even try and just wave us off. So not impress with that kind of attitude.

Nice Hotel if you only plan to stay one or two nights. Would choose something else for longer stays.

Nestled in a bustling hub, the hotel offers an array of nearby activities and sights. Its close proximity to the metro station makes it a convenient base for city exploration and experiencing the local vibrancy.

The rooms are very small and I had trouble unpacking my luggage. The cleanliness could be improved, as there was hair in the shower. Additionally, the room fragrance was overpowering.
