The Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino received positive reviews for its clean and spacious rooms, as well as the cleanliness of the main areas. The restaurants served great food, and the service was fas (Read More)t and friendly. The hotel had amazing views, especially from the corner suite, and the casino had a smoke-free environment. Some guests had minor issues with the hotel elevators, but overall, it was a great experience with excellent service. The location was convenient for exploring the falls and the Canadian side.

Definitely will be back.

Great location, close to Falls and attractions. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed the buffet. Pool very well maintained. Staff there was wonderful.

Crappy!

Nothing! False advertising ruined our short vacation.

Well to start we were told beautiful view from our room. Told us and we read we would see falls from our room. We couldnt. Besides a couple workers most were rude.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel and casino staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and convenient.

We stayed on a Wednesday and the buffet was closed.

Great overall experience, would be excellent if 2 scenarios were fixed.

Very clean cadino/hotel. There were no places to eat outside of the casino. We drove around for an hour with no success. Had to travel to nearest town.

What we all didn't like was the fact that when you are playing on the casino floor, you get free drinks, but there isnt enough waiters to provide good service. We were getting 1 drink every hour. And what we noticed also is that the "floor" drinks were all watered down. We bought regular drinks at the bar and was able to tell a huge difference. Also, we tried going to the bar to get our floor drinks, but was told the waiters had to do if, but there were not enough of them to provide good service. Just not a good value at all. Also, now that smoking Marijuana is allowed, people smoke everywhere outside and the main entrance smells horrible. You have elderly people, and kids, that have to endure this terrible experience. Would seem that there would be an area for this. It's a shame that the casino/hotel loses its outstanding presentation due to such a nuisance. Hotel needs to demand respect for all patrons. Seems that Marijuana smokers have no respect for others, and the casinos is side by side with them. Pity....

The pillows are too low. Our necks hurt after sleeping the whole night. The room sound insulation is not very good, we could hear the alarm of our neighboring room at 6:30am..

location clean - lobby, hallway, room staff - courteous activities - indoor pool, spa, casino restaurants - many to choose from parking - not sure if its because of the weather but there are plenty of parking security - guards are checking everyone going in the elevators

Good time, very nice place, will be more than happy to stay there again and again.

We really liked the hotel, it was more than we had expected as we have stayed in casino hotels before and although all of them had been clean and nice, this one was also friendly and the rooms were large.

The crowd was a bit older than we would have liked and the staff as well. My thoughts were that the average aged employee must have been over 50.

Amazing ! Would definitely stay again !!

There was so much to do in the hotel !! The casino the shopping, the food! So much fun ! We stayed in a corner suite with hot tub and was amazing ! Worth every penny !
