nice secluded pool villa

great place to start your holidays. the pool villa is nicely situated at a quiet compound, which is located near a 7-eleven, bakery, grocerys and restaurants. the villa has everything you wish for as a family and the pool is great for refreshment.

Cozy villa, lovely pool, nice owner. I recommend

The villa was clean and all the necessary basic equipment was found. Communication with the owner was smooth and answers to questions came quickly.

The water pressure was a little weak at times, but that is very typical in Thailand. There could be more outdoor lights and sockets (fortunately, an extension cord was found in the villa).

hugely disappointed the property not the cleanest at all inside and out, it needs a major overhaul, will not be staying again.. for sure

cob webs all over, walls dirty, pool cold, outside area awful!

Location very good.

Nice property but pictures seriously out dated, property looking tired these days. Living room furniture badly worn, bedding cheap, bedroom aircon poor and noisy, several inside and outside lights not working, so not worth the money.

Nice location for a week or two

We were super happy to stay at this villa. It's very nice and cozy, fully equipped kitchen. There's a swimming pool in the garden. Super fast internet.

The property was in a good location and the private pool and garden are lovely. The owner is very helpful and it easy to access the property through the use of the lock box when you arrive. The beach is only a short walk away and there is a 7/11 just 500 meters away.

The overall property could do with some maintenance.
