The room is big

The bathroom is quite old. Bathroom is half renovated. The flush button on the toilet is very hard to push. Shower on top of the bath is terrible.

Perfect location as we could walk to Mrs Macquarie's Chair for the perfect new years fireworks viewing

The property was in a great location and walking distance from shopping, restaurants harbor etc. Even if a 20 minute walk is too far, one block away was the Museum train station which could get you anywhere pretty quick. Easy to hop on and off with Apple Pay. Hotel had very comfortable beds, was quiet at night and our room was right next to the elevators. Friendly and very helpful staff.

We used the pool once at night and the water was a little cold, but if it would have been a hot day it would have been perfect

This is a hotel that makes you want to visit again.

Its very clean and spacious room.there was nice bar across the road and a good restaurant on the second floor. Breakfast was also delicious.

The bathroom needed some work, grouting. The housekeeping came and made the bed. No clean towels. No clean dishes.

It was a good Vibe...

The location was perfect and it was easy for us to get around from the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Loved that we could connect to the Chromecast and still watch movies via our own streaming services. At the end of a long day, it was nice to come back and relax in the room.

Our room view was of the building next to the hotel so we felt like we had to keep the curtains closed so people weren't watching us. The aircon was also very loud - I couldn't find a way to turn it lower so most nights I just turned it off otherwise it was too loud to sleep with it on.

Comfortable and satisfied!

Conveniently close to Hyde Park and Museum Station. Very clean rooms, friends who stayed there were satisfied. I myself would like to stay there next time.

Is that it is so popular that it is difficult to get an appointment.

Fantastic stay comfortable, spacious room, great location with friendly staff. Highly recommended

The room was excellent for us and our two children. We loved the fact that we had our own room and it was very spacious The bed was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was exceptionally good, the light rail was just a short walk away and everything in the city was accessible

Nothing that we could notice everything was good.
