One of the best hotels ive ever stayed in.

Everything from the staff, location, cleanliness, size, and design of the property was wonderful.

Their food was not that great. Turkish desserts were not available at the stay

location , staff , services , they give us the room 10:30 before check in 4 hours for free & late check out 1 hour they bring box for our extra staff also they rape it and weight all the luggage

very convenient, absolutely coming back again.

one of the best hotels weve stayed in, Room was very spacious and against price we paid was very convenient (2 big rooms, a big living room and 3 bathrooms) , service was 10/10, Esma and the rest of the staff were on top of everything and made sure we had everything we needed. they also made sure to bring back a charger we forgot in the room. location wise, its premium everything is walking distance. definitely our choice every time we visit Istanbul

AC was leaking water, but staff took care of that
