the staff were amazing, very helpful very kind. I booked three rooms, 2 of the 3 rooms were upgraded for free. I got sick and they sent me ginger tea to my room without me asking for it. look for Ismael hes a dear, we were sad we couldnt say goodbye before leaving. the room view was breathtaking, and even with my messiness they were able to clean the room perfectly and organize my stuff. location is also great, metro station, super market, pharmacy, currency exchange, river and galata tower, all is 2-5 minutes walking distance. galata port and Eminonu grand bazar are 20 minutes walking distance taksim square is 8 minutes away. bars and restaurants are less than 10 minutes walking distance. over all, location is close to everything.

Extremely nice staff. They served us with coffee and tea. The place and pictures match each other. The property is hot in winter and you can regulate it yourself. Really recommend.

The neighborhood may be a bit not touristic with old buildings

This is a gem of a hotel in Istanbuls Karakoy Beyolu district, with splendid views!

The view! Excellent scenery from the room window overlooking the golden horn, Istanbuls Fatih district, new mosque, galata bridge, Sleymaniye mosque and the incredibly helpful and friendly hotel staff. Tip: spend the extra money and get the superior room for the view !

None really. You can hear noises from the next room but its not a problem/minor issue

Many thanks to Mr. Ahmed and his team especially Isamail who were very hospitable, friendly and always willing to assist in any way possible. The location is ideally located close to Karakoy's tram station, there is also a nice walking strip just on the Bosphorus with lots of local restaurants around just by heading straight after existing the hotel. The price is also very reasonable and definitely worth the money.
