Rude and Arrogant receptionist and headwaiter. Room not cleaned for three days. Never again

Lady Receptionist was rather arrogant and rude to us on arrival. Her behaviour killed our expectations and our stay from the first moment. We felt not welcomed. For three days they did not clean our room. We had to ask for cleaning to get it. Some of the staff were brilliant. We wished everyone was like them. The overpriced new year's eve revellion was an absolute disgrace and a rip off 230 euro per person. We booked it in advance. They did not ask for the money. On the night the headwaiter forced to go and get money and pay 01:30am however we ask him to charged our room. He made us feel like we were thieves. We avoided the hotel as much as we could especially the reception.

Most of the hotel staff were not friendly and did not smile at all, and their behavior was very inexperienced, unlike the great hotels in Rome. When we arrived, we carried our luggage ourselves and there was no help from the reception. The towels smelled like very bad garbage. There were no glasses to drink with in the bar, only paper cups. (It is unreasonable that this is a hotel system.) The price is expensive compared to the specifications of the apartment. The English language of the reception staff is bad and they are not very helpful. I do not expect to recommend this hotel to anyone or stay in it again unless the staff is changed and their level of services increases.

Id recommend UnaHotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and gracious play to stay.

This is a lovely hotel in an area thats walkable to so many things. Its beautifully designed and appointed. The breakfast is great and the staff couldnt be more accommodating .

Another solid UNA hotel stay

Clean modern hotel. Nice rooftop terrace, bar restaurant where a good breakfast was served. Beds very comfortable. Well located as I wanted to stay in Trastavere this time around.

Very nice hotel, breakfast can be improved

Room, staff, location. We got a free upgrade, much appreciated.

Breakfast sparse. At arrival we waited 15 min at the reception (with other guests in line) because there was only one person. One morning we waited 15 min for breakfast because there are not enough tables.
