Guests enjoyed their stay at Tru by Hilton Portland Airport Area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nicely appointed with soft sheets. The complimentary breakfast had a variety (Read More)of options, including tasty egg white omelets and turkey sausage. The hotel is pet-friendly, which the guests appreciated. One guest mentioned that room service needs to be requested, and that the free coffee in the lobby was not great. Overall, the stay was great and the hotel was recommended for those visiting the South Portland area.

Matthew and Noreen are the greatest!

At check-in, it was almost midnight, cold, I'd been traveling all day, a long way, I was tired, but Matthew and Noreen couldn't have done anything more to accommodate me than what they did.

I have absolutely no complaints!!

I was truly disappointed in my Tru Hotel stay and do not plan to return. $$$ for very little.

Didnt have breakfast.

There was no hand wash at the bathroom sink. The container was empty, as was the body wash in the shower. Kind of inexcusable. My room card did not unlock any of the outside doors. When checking out I informed the young lady that there had been literally no way to wash in my bathroom and didnt even receive an apology.

I'd stay here again

I've stayed here a few times, and it's been a nice place to stay, which is why I chose it again. Clean, comfortable, easy access and plenty of parking, very good breakfast.

I was not happy that even though I asked for housekeeping to make up my room, that didn't happen.
