No heat in the rooms. Manager wont even talk to you or address the situation.

I like this hotel Ive spent ten nights here in 2023

My heat was broken in my room and blasted ac the entire night. At one point I looked at the thermostat it was 58. A couple times I thought I got it turned off and then it would turn right back on. In the morning I went to the front desk to let them know because I hadnt slept at all. They sent maintenance who confirmed it was truly broken and not user error and couldnt believe I slept there all night it mustve been miserable. Thought I would hear from the front desk who had already checked me out at 4am but I hadnt so I stopped at the front desk on my way out. The manager was behind the wall in a meeting and didnt have time to talk to me but I was assured he would call me after. 2 hours later I called to check in. He was busy again. Crazy. But I was promised by the front desk girl he would definitely call me. He didnt. A voucher for half off a night in the future and an apology wouldve been great I made it clear to the girl I stay at Hiltons all the time Im not even asking for a refund (though I shouldve) I just didnt sleep the night before because of the conditions of my room that were confirmed by maintenance. Something should be done. I spent 39 nights at Hilton hotels last years x Im a good customer for their establishment.

Would visit again if staying in the area.

The room was huge, the staff in the restaurant was very friendly. The front desk attendant was great.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was hair in the shower and urine on the back of the toilet. The bathroom door lock/handle was hanging off the door missing screws.

Very good

The clerk who checked us in stated breakfast was included with our stay, however we were charged for the buffet. It's aggravating.

Very clean, all the staff were friendly and available to help.

Practical

The proximity to the airport was favorable.

Despite being on the 3rd floor, one could hear the traffic on the road that faced our room. The pool facility is antiquated. The bar was understaffed.
