Staff were pleasant and professional. Cleaning staff and front end were all friendly throughout.

Definitely needs repairs and cleaning throughout. Rooms, halls, pool area all need a lot of basic cleaning and better upkeep.

Its usually nice we go there every year Xmas shopping or on our way back from vacation

Breakfast was good it was normal food this time last couple of times it was western omelets or eggs with stuff in them the bed was comfy room was good except it didnt have the little lounge chair thing my boyfriend usually slept in that as he cant sleep in a bed very well

Great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, tastefully done. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly.

King size bed, but when we went to our room, no curtain so got changed to second room. Good

Bathroom....no soap at all, shower head falling apart, bar needed on inside wall of shower, bar that is there need on opposite end, as is, stepping out into toilet. No info on food places close by.
