The difference between accessible rooms matter

The roll in shower in the handicap accessible room.

I was traveling with a friend and reserved the handicap accessible room with a shower specifically. When the desk clerk saw us she just changed our room to two beds with a tub. I am not physically able to get in a tub. My friend asked them to verify we would be in the room with the shower. That's when she fessed up about trying to change our room. Customers expect to have the room they reserved. Every disabled person is not the same and they know their own capabilities and they reserved the specific room according to their individual needs.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and very clean/spacious room!

The location is so convenient, right off the highway, but you could not hear traffic from the room. All front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean with plenty of towels provided.

Located near the Portland airport, and only 10 minutes away from the lobster restaurants in downtown Portland. We stayed here because it was the cheapest lodging that met our search criteria for an overnight stay. If you're visiting Portland, ME for an overnight stay during your road trip, this is the place to book.

We love Marriott hotels and I dont think we have ever been disappointed; we always return to them.

We got yogurt and breakfast sandwiches and ate them in our room. Everything was delicious. The staff was friendly, helpful and fun.

Not sure there was anything that we didnt like that the hotel was the blame for.

The staff and convenience of location were good.

I asked for a quiet room and was assured the room assigned would be. It turned out to be on the highway side with traffic sounds late onto the evening. Over all for the price I paid I felt disappointed.
