The rooms are modern and comfortable, although the king room can be tight for longer stays or couples.

Modern, clean and comfortable

The hotel is conveniently located for the waterfront and the Old Port. The room was very spacious and clean, and the facilities are modern. We enjoyed visiting Portland and would stay here again.

Great place to stay for the price. Excellent location.

It wasnt like a cookie-cutter chain. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Good bed.

Im not crazy about the layout with a courtyard and rooms that are visible to each other. It wasnt an awful thing.

Place was new and very clean/comfortable. Coffee was great for decaf coffee. Front desk guy was accommodating and friendly. Could not have been happier with the hotel..

Only negative was elevator wait time.

A great overnight in Portland.

The hotel was extremely clean. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We had a couple of drinks at the bar and the bartender was very friendly. The hotel is a bit of a walk to restaurants and bars but too close to take a taxi. Expect to walk a bit. We would definitely stay here again.

I would stay here again. Beautiful facility. Loved the ambiance of our bedroom. Loved the location.

Very welcoming atmosphere, location, having a restaurant/bar available, cleanliness was exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The coffee creamer in our room was spoiled. Nothing to stir coffee with. Not enough coffee supplies (creamer/sugar etc) $40 valet parking seemed a little much.

It was a lot of fun!!

Breakfast was awesome!! Our waiter was wonderful...

My only problem was your parking...I just feel for the amount of money you pay for your room that parking your car should be included in the price..not an extra $40 per car!!!
