Location of hotel is good. Room size was enough.

Air condition was too noisy and I coudn't sleep. Breakfast is not good. We don't eat pork and ham, but we couldn't find any alternative hot breakfast.

Friendliest hotel staff! They gave us such a warm welcome and made our entire stay enjoyable throughout the weekend. Large selection at breakfast, fun pool for kids, comfortable lobby, and clean room.

Everyone, from the valet to the cleaning staff were great. We had a minor issue with our room and staff went above and beyond to make it right. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our short stay while visiting Portland.

Great pool for younger kids. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room fit our family well. Secure valet parking with EV charging.

Maybe breakfast could have stayed open a bit longer. But thats a minor nitpick.

Extremely friendly and Helpful, no Request too much for them for example, our first day we got the time wrong and missed breakfast. The front desk per person arranged for us to get something to eat which we really appreciated that morning. The pool is the best Ive seen in a hotel of this type. It is salt water and has graduated entry for children plus lots of play structures for them and plenty of room for adults to get in some laps. Lots of fluffy towels at the pool none of those icky, thin blue and white striped towels. They were able to promptly deliver a microwave to our room, which was nice for a late night snack.

Pillows were lumpy. Need a few firmer pillows. HVAC: room was either too cool or stuffy to f you turned off HVAC.

Always a great stay. I will be back.

Location, room, overall property and free breakfast. Also valet staff are great! Very friendly and accommodating.

I wish the hotel restaurant and bar was open until at least 11:00 on weekend nights.
