The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The second I stepped in in the hotel, I felt safe (contrary to the overwhelming airport) and this really helped to kickstart an amazing journey in an amazing country.

Good for a short stay, the receptionist is very helpful and polite. Goes out of their way to help.

Nothing but do inform that cars cant go in as its in a small alley but walking distance isnt far from where the car has to park

The man, who is at the front desk, is so helpful and kind. He gave us too many recommendations for visiting and exploring at city centre, also some tours we did. The hostel is quite close the crazy street but it is really quite and good-soundproofing, therefore, we have a nice sleep in here.

Great place to stay in Saigon!

The location of the Hotel is very convenient in terms of reaching every highlight of the city. The special bus station to get / arrive to the airport is only 3 minutes distance walking. The gentlemen on reception are very nice and friendly, always very proactive for providing information and helping with any question we had, they also helped us find the tour services we were looking for. The room itself was good and well equiped. Room and bathroom very clean and tidy. It is also possible to leave your luggage after check out. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We totally recommend this hotel and for sure would come back. Thanks for the service.
