Not value for the money charged Even Wi-Fi isnt complimentary Theres no buffet breakfast. You get breakfast coupons for their restaurant in the mall - but the options are very limited

CONVENIENT BLAND HOTEL IN SHOPPING MALL

This is a convenient hotel if you like living and shopping in a hotel/mall. Personally, this is a bland hotel with a weird layout and directly in the Mall. I like prettier hotels. This has no atmosphere and little service.

Good

Enjoyed the room and service, but will choose a different area next visit.

Clean and friendly staff and environment.

Too much traffic as the Galleria mall is attached to the hotel. I was there for a concert so it may have been additional traffic but the area has high traffic normally.
