Comfortable stay for our family!

The rooms were very comfortable, and parking was easy to find. the staff at front desk were very helpful and even sent up a doggie bowl and bed for our dog. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

Everything, especially the elevator system. Nice and cozy.

1st time. I think there should be instructions at this site considering they're on the 5th floor. Maybe just put them with email reservations resppnse.

A tranquil place for rest and relaxation.

Clean and comfy. Convenient restaurant with high quality food and drinks. Noise was not a factor although the surrounding area was busy.

The Hotel was fine, but not worth the money. Thats not a $200/night hotel. Sorry, not sorry.

I like that the property is located near MD Anderson. Thats convenient for me because Im a new patient at MD Anderson.

I didnt like that it cost me $70 dollars to park my car in the hotel parking tower. If Im paying over $200/night to stay there, I should park for free.

Wonderful time! Renaissance Tour

Our room was spacious even though I was downgraded the staff made sure to accommodate with an extra room. The amenities in the room were great as well. Thank you to the shuttle bus driver for giving us a ride to the stadium.

The valet wasnt as great and its a bit pricey, maybe due to the Beyonc concert made for more guests, it took awhile to get my car when we checked out.

Not worth the 4 star rating.

The location was good.

The valets were rude. When we checked in there front desk clerk Pedro was rude and unwelcoming. He seemed like he really hated his job. The room was ok, it didnt wow me like other 4 star hotels have. Book elsewhere for a better experience.

The proximity to everything. This location is not to far from Downtown and other attractions.

Lack of cleanliness. I stayed here in 2022 and really enjoyed my stay and the rooms smelled and appeared cleaner. This trip I can tell the property is starting to decline.
