Disappointing

Fine place. Not worth full price at all. Dont stay here if you want to sleep in in quiet.

Comfy bed

Lobby blasting music at 7:30 am was too loud and obnoxious. Front desk staff did not meet expectations.

Ask for outside facing room or drink up till closing at the bar

Location close to Convention Center

Room faced an open atrium that below had a bar with loud music and drunk yelling guests until 12 am . Impossible to sleep before they closed the bar .

Standard hotel comfy bed. Nice and welcoming staff at the entrance (not the reception).

I asked about airport shuttle, which I believe every more expensive hotel should have. That said, it's fine if they don't. However, this hotel never replied to me through Booking, and also stopped replying via email (customer service). They gave me a contact for a hotel concierge who also never replied. Similarly, I had to chase them to clean my room and the reception staff wasn't too worried about it. All in all, for this price, there are way better options in the area.
