Disappointing

Breakfast was amazing lots of choice , although it was cold on the last day. Doorman very helpful.

The supervisor of the bar refused us entry of the bar on two evenings despite being a resident sending us to the cocktail bar despite having seating available. This also happened to a large family also residents at the hotel. The bar supervisor was actually arguing with this large family . Booked Disney afternoon tea and our reservation although confirmed with us was not communicated to the restaurant. It was for a birthday celebration, fortunately we was granted permission as we took the table of a guest family that was booked in two hours after us- I heard the staff arranging for this to happen. Overall disappointing experience.

Everything you could possibly want, or need, under one roof.

As stated. Clean, well located, staff were amazing and (we decided to buy an upgraded room as the first one we had booked was so small) when we came to checkout we were told it was a free upgrade, which was unexpected but very welcome. Were not sure if it was because it was my Wifes birthday. The breakfast was perfect.

A little surprised that the Executive Lounge ran out of Muffins and had no restock.

Expectations weren't quite met for the cost of the stay

Hotel was very well located for Covent Garden, theatres etc. Breakfast was delicious Doormen were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable

Leisure facilities & swimming pool were unavailable but we hadn't been notified before our stay. Big queue for breakfast every morning, up to 40 minutes stood in corridor outside the toilets! However the breakfast was worth the wait despite the service being a bit chaotic Service in the lounge / lobby /bar wasn't up to the standard that I expected, bit slow and items missing but the staff were very friendly.

Its looking very tired, the rooms are tiny, and for the cost in retrospect Id rather have had 3 rooms at the Premier Inn off Poland Street

Hotel location is great for theatre district

We asked for rooms close together - didnt happen We asked for 1 room to be changed to a twin - email confirmed - didnt happen We paid for 4 rooms and said this was a birthday celebration - no notice taken The room provided for the Birthday guest was appropriate for special needs guest Staff standoffish except for 1 in the Monkey bar
