Unique Vibe!

The location, service and staff were exceptional. My room was well kept and had fresh linen. The menu along with the food served was pretty wholesome.

The stairs to the rooms! Quite tiring.

- Fantastic owners, very helpful & great knowledge about the surrounding area - Great location away from the hustle & bustle of Mcledod Ganj but still easily accessible by foot. If you are focused on trekking, this is the perfect spot - Delicious & fresh made-to-order meals. Momos were the best I had during my trip to India. - Great views of the valleys. Hotel is surrounded by forests & you get close to locals.

- Typical in India where it gets really cold indoors at night due to no central heating. Sealing & thickness of windows could however be improved to provide better insulation. Enough blankets & bedding provided.

Very nice place to stay! Fresh room, beautiful view and lots of light and sun, very friendly and helpful staff, cozy restaurant with books and plants. Ideal place to set out for walks, meditation sessions, pottery, even to walk down to MacLeodganj! A place where I can stay a month or longer. Feeling at home.

Absolutely satisfied with my stay. Very nice owners and staff, kind open people. Great food at their own cafe, clean spacious room. But what I liked most is the location just leave your room and you are on a track.

Fabulous on all counts.

Fabulous location in upper Dharmkot lovely friendly place and Aparna just made us feel at home. Wonderful views. Great food. Did the Triund Trek which was so beautiful and stayed overnight at the top in a lodge. Aparna has lots of information and knowledge about this and other local walks. Would definitely stay there again

You need to be fit enough to walk up about 25 quite steep steps to the Unmad. But its worth it.
